The end face lathe is a special heavy-duty CNC end face lathe, which is suitable for large-diameter machining of inner/outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, end surface, etc. of various workpieces.
The lathe has reasonable structure, strong rigidity, high power, good stability, beautiful appearance and easy operation. It is an ideal product for processing various large-diameter workpieces.
The feed system of the lathe adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor to realize stepless speed regulation. This makes the selection of feed speed more convenient.
1. The lathe is a floor type lathe, which is mainly suitable for the processing of high-speed steel or hard alloy cutting tools, cast iron, steel, forgings and non-ferrous metal disc rotating metal parts.
2. Complete the processing technology of cylinder, cone, end face, slotting, etc., which can meet part of the rough and fine turning.
3. All gears are precisely grounded, with long life and low noise;
4. All the guide rails have been quenched and hardened, equipped with a protective cover for the guide rail, there is no chip falling on the guide rail, to ensure the accuracy and speed of the feed.
